Gadisa Lemi Humanitarian Organization (GLHO) is a non- for- profit organization dedicated to improve the well-being of urban and rural poor communities to ensure sustainable development. GLHO will also work on improving agricultural productivity, access to drinking water, and youth capacity development. It is registered and licensed by the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Authority for Civil Society Organization with registration number 4741 dated January 31, 2020. GLHO also signed operational agreement with Oromia National Regional State represented by Oromia Finance and Economic Cooperation Bureau. Similarly, GLHO signed project agreement with Holeta Town Finance and Economic Cooperative office, women, child and youth office and Labor and social affairs office and we have a plan to address 60 OVC’s, 20 senior citizens and more than 10unemployed youths with in the coming two years. Additionally, we have planned to start the operation in Ambo Town and Addis Ababa City. Besides, in the future, we have a plan to work in all regions of Ethiopia. The organization is governed by Board of Directors composed of 5 men and 2 women, and managed by Executive Director. It is mobilizing resources from members, non-members and fund rising activities.
